TVSTS specializes in contract staffing, placing over 5,000 employees across various client locations in India. We cater to a wide range of industries, including Telecom Energy Solutions, Manufacturing & Engineering, Rubber & Electronics, Consumer Retail & Services, and Rail Transportation Infrastructure Development.
Apprentices are appointed under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS), an initiative promoted by the Government of India under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) as part of the Apprenticeship Act of 1961. TVSTS is one of the NSDC-authorized TPA (Third Party Aggregators) to implement the NAPS Scheme across India.
LEAD is a 3-year Diploma program offered by Bharat Sevak Samaj (BSS) in collaboration with TVS Educational Society (TVSES). Students are enrolled in BSS through TVSES, which also ensures their placement for On-the-Job Training (OJT) with leading industries. The curriculum follows an 80:20 structure—with 80% focused on hands-on OJT learning and 20% on theoretical concepts, delivered through online modules. This industry-integrated approach equips students with real-world skills and experience, preparing them for successful careers from day one.
