The session will provide awareness, understanding, and the need for Behaviour-Based Safety (BBS) implementation in creating a positive safety work culture among employees. It explores how an individual’s attitude can impact others in a positive or negative way, and how to alter unsafe behaviour into the required safe behaviour. At the end of the session, participants will be able to explain their role in implementing BBS as a proactive safety system.
